We specialize in the maintenance
and service of roof-top units: - Examine for signs of environmental damage, such as but not limited to: wind, hail and rodents
- Testing voltage and amperage draw on all motors and compressors(weather permitting)
- Inspection
of electrical wiring, connections, and tightening as needed
- Verifying gas valve and burner for
proper function. Visual inspection of heat exchanger and blowers
- Clean or change out filters
- Lubricate motors and bearings as required
- Examine and tighten belts as needed, and
replace annually
- Confirm all controls are operational and equipment is functioning properly

recommends that under normal conditions, maintenance is to be performed no less than every 90 days/quarterly. However, depending
on individual circumstances, it may be necessary to incorporate more frequent maintenance.
